About Kaya Quinsey Holt

Kaya is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the founder of The Good Chapter. She is also an author with over eight books to her name.

What is Narrative Therapy?

At The Good Chapter, we lean towards a Narrative Therapy approach, and use complimentary therapeutic modalities as needed.
